About Annie Benting
My name is Annie Benting and I just graduated from the Diagnostic Genetic Sciences professional program at the University of Connecticut. I applied and was accepted into this program Spring of my sophomore year to explore my passion of genetic research. My strong work ethic has allowed me to juggle multiple jobs and positions throughout my college experience. I recently completed my 18 week DGS clinical at Hartford Hospital in my final semester where I gained hands on experience in the Molecular Laboratory. I’m currently exploring different career paths that align with my degree and while studying for the MB(ASCP) exam I'm taking in early October.
