I like challenges and to create structure, simplification and clarity. I find ways to overcome challenges and I am happy when I find efficient ways of working for myself, my team and my organisation. In my current role, I use my holistic perspective and grasp information from various sources to draw conclusions. One strength is my ability to collaborate with people with other competencies and adjusting my message to the receiver. I am a team builder that aims to use every person's strength. I have +20 years’ experience of cross-functional leadership and systems engineering in product development projects and +10 years' experience of agile methodologies. As systems engineer, I typically create system concepts, iterate design solutions and manage cross-functional deliveries. The systems we have developed are complex and consist of instrument, software, biochemical assays, reagents and consumables. They are automated laboratory systems designed for analysis of thousands samples with up to 60 hours walk-away time for the user.
