About Annie Kaplan

My work ethic starts with working in the food industry for my first job of a little over four years. It taught me patience as well as increasing my experience with handling difficult customers and situations. I am currently at Chase Bank and help clients on the transaction line, establishing and deepening relationships with each person. Working here has also increased my ability to make personal connections as well as learn what each person needs to create a better experience. I worked part time in women's retail for about six months at the same time as Chase, and that helped me with my time management skills; I attended school full time while working both jobs. Regardless of what kind of day I am having, I get the job done and help others as I am able to. My goal for the future is to expand my horizons, as my interests vary. Starting in an administrative role to develop more computer and interpersonal skills will allow me to help a wider range of people and groups. Very open minded and flexible, and ready to establish new long-term goals.
