With a PhD in Pharmacology and five years of advanced research experience, I bring a robust scientific foundation to every role I undertake. My doctorate included two years as the primary leader in clinical trial project management, giving me in-depth, hands-on expertise across the lifecycle of clinical studies. I have developed commercial insight as a Drug Safety Specialist within the clinical research sector, as well as broad regulatory experience, progressing from Regulatory Affairs Manager to Associate Regulatory Affairs Director and, for four years, to Regulatory Affairs Director at AstraZeneca. Across these roles, I have led teams, driven regulatory strategy, and successfully navigated complex regulatory environments to support global drug development and approvals. Currently, as Director of Global Project Management at AstraZeneca, I am responsible for driving project strategy and delivery, advancing the portfolio through strategic partnerships, and ensuring robust risk management and operational excellence. My objectives include leading effective cross-functional teams, implementing best practices in planning and budget management, integrating innovation and sustainability goals, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture. I am committed to enhancing connectivity across the enterprise, championing professional development, and using transformative technologies to simplify and improve ways of working.
