I deliver top-notch customer service and guest experiences. I excel in fast-paced environments and am a detail-oriented planner with a knack for process and quality improvement. My career in hospitality began in Disney World, followed by roles at Wyndham and Hilton. I spent over 3 years in sales as a wine & spirits sales representative, which included accounts that were corporately and independently owned. After COVID I decided to live my dream of living abroad and taught english in Thailand for 6 months. When returning home I transitioned to an office position with QuidelOrtho. My time there gave me exposure to the manufacturing of diagnostic tests from start and finish. These experiences taught me the importance of taking personal responsibility and solving problems. I have a passion for introducing structure and systems that create efficiency. I believe being an excellent verbal and written communicator starts with listening. Listening to the issues of guests, customers, students and coworkers; I determine the appropriate response and ensure a successful outcome. I have a variety of interests and skills including but not limited to operations, administrative or project management, sales/merchandising, and training. I’m looking for my next opportunity to serve clients and create one-of-a-kind experiences. Ultimately, I want to spend my time by being a part of something special where I can grow and be challenged.
