I have retired. I worked at Hewlett Packard the past few years, after HP took over EDS as a COMPASS subject matter expert. My responsibilities involved migrating financial accounts of various companies both US, and Global, to new modes of financial operation. It involved financial reviews, billing setups, work procedure training, etc. Most of my career was in the Information Technology Industry. My experience has been with EDS, and Legacy BellSouth. I worked as a Business Analyst handling the Finances for East Hub Workplace Services at Electronic Data Systems, my responsibilities included P&L budget support, financial reports, forecasting, process improvement, and some Project Management; My career experience includes,financial analyst, customer service/escalation support, IT trainer, desktop/help desk support, technical analyst, server support analyst,technical manager, network manager, infrastructure analyst, operations management, and project support/management. As project manager my responsibilities included being first point of contact for projects, resource and scope of work coordination,meeting with client to assist in determining their needs and the best means of completing their requests. Specialties: Financials - forecasting, analyzing expenses; financial reports;Project Management - working with clients on process and analysis of requests, determining scope of work, Certified in ITIL; Process Improvement;training in Lean Six Sigma.
