About Anniina Oksman

If you want to get something done, you come to me — everyone knows that! I landed on a gold mine when I got my certificate on Continuous Process Improvement -course after working first 10 years as researcher on field of preclinical neuroscience. I saw the need to combine my knowledge of people and science, with my desire for problem-solving. “Change leadership”, “Business up-scaling”, “Carefully defined KPIs” and “How to improve efficiency” are the topics that are close to my heart! My biggest strength - being able to easily see the weakest points of the teams, processes, products and services on various business fields, and ability to launch effective solutions – combined to my research background, makes my skillset such a special. I love to dig into challenges and solve them! I naturally take managerial position in the group. I love to learn and understand people better and I enjoy others success at least as much as mine.
