About Anniina Viskari

As a creative, competitive, visual and passionate person I have interest towards restaurant industry, event planning and visual design. Currently positioned as Bar Manager at Trillby & Chadwick speakeasy cocktail bar in Helsinki. During my position as Bar Manager I am responsible of the operative tasks at the cocktail bar and I design and crrate cocktails. I design and execute events and organize trainings for the staff. As a manager do my part of weekly service, serving my best hospitality to our guests around the globe. At Trillby & Chadwick we organize cocktail workshops for consumers. During my years at T&C I have trained 900+ guests to the world of cocktails and gin & tonics. I am also actively taking part to several global cocktail competitions to improve my skills in bartending and to improve bar industry.
