I'm interested in learning, in humans and machines alike. I have a PhD in neuroAI, exploring how to make more efficient AI solutions patterned after human learning mechanisms. I currently work as the product lead to develop AI-enabled training tools for simulator-based learning. A creative solutions-oriented AI/ML product manager, with a background in neuroscience and AI spanning academic research and industry. Passionate about building AI products making use of human wisdom to tackle real-world problems. An effective project manager and team leader, coordinating efforts across teams to deliver timely and robust solutions with rapidly evolving AI technology. Intellectually curious and driven to continually expand my skillset. I have substantial experience writing for a technical audience as well as scientific communication oriented toward the broader public. Specific technical expertise in reinforcement learning, using deep neural networks to solve complex sequential decision making problems. I have applied this expertise in fields of biotechnology and aerospace and defense.
