Whether it’s an organization in transition, a team looking for direction, or an event that needs logistics, I work to uncover patterns, highlight what matters most, and turn change into something people can embrace. At Medielli, I coach teams through development and continuous improvement, while also shaping our social media presence—not just for visibility, but to spark meaningful conversations. At Suomen Event Logistics, I manage marketing and collaborate with the sales team, supporting our clients’ events to run smoothly. My path hasn’t been linear: a Master’s in Social and Health Care Management, a Bachelor’s in International Business and Public Health, and an RN qualification. Together, these have become my toolkit—giving me the ability to approach challenges from different perspectives: human, strategic, and creative. I value structure and efficiency, but what truly drives me is collaboration. I enjoy working with people who care—people eager to create meaningful impact and open to finding smarter, kinder ways of doing things.
