Passionate about the intersection of science, creativity, and market-driven innovation, I started my career in the lab, fermenting the building blocks of non-alcoholic beverages. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for my journey into product management—first in non-alcoholic fermented drinks, then malt extracts, and later alcoholic beverages. Expanding my expertise further, I transitioned into the world of enzymes, first for baking and now across the food industry. As a Product Management & Marketing Director, I thrive on developing innovative solutions, ensuring quality, and bringing products to life that meet both industry and consumer needs. Known for my hands-on approach, creativity, and accountability, I combine scientific expertise with market insight to drive impactful product strategies. A bit of a perfectionist, I strive for excellence while staying adaptable in an ever-evolving food and beverage landscape. Beyond work, I find balance in running, yoga, and music, playing the flute and singing in a choir. I also enjoy the challenge of a good jigsaw puzzle—a fitting metaphor for my professional approach, where every piece plays a role in the bigger picture. Most importantly, I’m a proud mother of two almost-teenagers (a boy and a girl), who keep me on my toes and inspire me every day.
