In my 6 years of working at an IT company, I have gained valuable experience in various roles, including customer support, internship instructor, and front-end developer. In a customer support role, I gained experience in communication, documentation writing, and problem-solving skills by providing exceptional service to clients. Developing strong communication with understanding, two-way communication, and clear and informative documentation helped to make long-term relationships with customers. Working as an internship instructor, I had the opportunity to guide aspiring professionals to be ready to join the company. I have gained communication skills as well, delivering knowledge, designing comprehensive training programs, and facilitating hands-on learning experiences. Furthermore, being a front-end developer is gained my technical proficiency. Working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJs, I have successfully assisted and continue to develop and implement user-friendly and visually appealing web applications. Beyond my technical skills, I am a dedicated learner who constantly seeks to expand my knowledge in the ever-evolving field of technology.
