About Anoli Shah

I have 11 plus years of Engineering experience in Class I, Class II and Class medical devices. I am proficient at CAD- 3D and 2D designing (Solidworks, NX10) of implants and at Computational modeling (Abaqus, ANSYS) of the implants for in-depth understanding of the mechanics. Along with designing, I have experience with testing medical devices from development phase through launch, leading investigations, root cause analysis, designing test method, verification and validation activities and regulatory submissions (including Europe, Japan and China). I have also worked with surgeons to discuss clinical issues and work towards finding solutions using engineering tools. I am a well-published engineer with 12 peer-reviewed articles and 28 presentations at national and international conferences.I am a detail oriented, analytical, ambitious, self-starter, positive problem solver who enjoys taking up challenges and cultivating skills with an aim to create solutions and make a greater impact in the healthcare industry.
