About Anouk Dries

Within Toshiba I am supporting the management in formulating the half year strategy (Six Sigma based) and I am to a certain extent responsible for the complete roll out and execution of this strategy within the organisation, measured via Balance Score cards. At the start of this function I have successfully introduced Six Sigma within the organisation and the management team, and also implemented this method as a new way of thinking and working within the departments and individual employees. I am guiding projects in all departments and I am coaching project leaders to achieve the final Six Sigma targets. The current company strategy is not only focussing on improving current business processes but also more and more on setting up new business processes via Six Sigma (DFACE). Important personal milestones are achieving two Quality Council awards for two different projects in the last 5,5 years within the Toshiba Corporation, which were presented as best practice projects to other divisions in Europe. My personal targets for the coming years will focus more and more on utilizing and enlarging my knowledge and experience and achieve again new successful projects.
