I like to work on new projects - to learn and evolve - to interact and share with other people - can do attitude.I don't like "we always did that way" attitude and way of thinking - negative and agressive people.My main competencies are : Solution driven - Innovative - Good interpersonal and analytical skills - Curious - Flexible - Customer oriented. My main experiences include : Talent Management / Competencies evaluation and development / On site HR Manager/BP, including recruitment missions for 10+ years / HR projets management / Good knowledge of Legal and Social security aspects.My key expertise is in delivering services involving competencies management and development (using assessment and development centers), as well as in interim HR management. I am very interested in the challenges of arising from complex interactions between employees and their employers. I am convinced that performance and work-life balance can be improved with a win-win approach. Taking advantage of substantial expertise, experience and know-how, Anouk’s approach is to provide the customer with clear, down-to-earth and focused solutions. After a Master in Psychology with a specialization in Career counseling and development, Anouk worked for 5 years as career counselor. In she joined a small HR consulting firm and was in charge of the “Performance and remuneration management” team (4 people). She joined Ernst & Young in 2001 for a short-term assignment and she works as HR Consultant since 2002.I speak French, English and German.
