About Anouk Litan

As Career & Alumni Officer at Nijmegen School of Management at Radboud University, I am committed to the professional and personal growth of students and alumni. Through workshops and one-on-one advisory sessions, I guide students in shaping their careers. Additionally, I organise events to provide students with a low-barrier way to connect with the professional field. I also focus on maintaining relationships with alumni of the faculty, organising various events where alumni can continue to develop and expand their networks. To give students at the faculty a successful start to their careers, I collaborated with my team to develop the Career Management Training: a course dedicated to students' career paths. Through interactive workshops, assignments, and reflections, they shape their own Career Management. In 2022, I completed my Master's in Business Administration, with a specialisation in marketing, at Radboud University. Prior to this, I obtained my Bachelor's degree at the Hotel Management School in Maastricht. Throughout these studies, I developed strong organisational and communicative skills that I use daily in my work. My focus is creating a positive and supportive environment where students and alumni can continue to develop.
