And every day is an opportunity to choose a more human-centered way of working. I’m Anouk: a curious adventurer with a sharp strategic compass. I believe that organizations become truly future-proof when they look beyond profit and recognize the long-term value of wellbeing, equity and societal impact. My passion lies in social sustainability in its broadest sense. From diversity and inclusion to vitality, safety and community engagement, I focus on the workforce, customers and the entire value chain. I operate at the intersection of people and strategy, where empathy meets data. Because real impact does not come from good intentions alone, but from policies that are people-driven and insight-led. My love for DEI did not start in a boardroom. It started while traveling — in the streets of Bangkok, on a volcano in Guatemala, in conversations with people who showed me how culture, behavior and opportunity are deeply intertwined. Those experiences shaped how I see the world and how I work. Inclusion is not a project. It is a way of seeing, listening and building. Outside of work, I am always on the move. Training for a half marathon, getting lost (and found) in South America, or diving into podcasts and books that challenge me to think differently. I am drawn to people who are genuinely curious, who ask bold questions and who embrace life with open arms. What drives me? Connection. Change. And the belief that organizations thrive when people do.
