I have also resolved IT issues, administered servers and databases, and supported end-users, using my skills and knowledge in Microsoft 365, Veeam, qnap, and other IT tools and platforms. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology from Vivekanand Education Society's College of Arts Science and Commerce, where I learned how to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, administer servers and databases, and support end-users.
