I have 22 years extensive oil and gas experience, including Process and Flow Assurance engineering. Flow assurance engineering expertise includes steady state and liquid holdup analysis, start-up, hydrate analysis & inhibition, wax analysis, surge analysis (turndown, ramp-up & ramp-down, pigging), packing, settle-out, shut-in, blowdown. Some experience in process engineering includes process simulation, PFD and P & ID development, equipment and line sizing, control valve and relief valve sizing, flare network; radiation and dispersion study, being a HAZOP participant, SAFE and cause & effect matrix development, pipeline and firewater hydraulic, transient study: HIPPS (overpressure protection), water pressure surge. Conversant with following softwares: OLGA, PIPESIM, MULTIFLASH, PVTSIM. Having experience in using process software: Hysys and Unisim (steady state and transient), Promax, Flaresim, Flarenet, Phast, Pipenet Transient, Pipenet Spray/Sprinkler, Instrucalc.
