About Anshdeep Srivastava

Hi everyone, my name is Anshdeep & I’m passionate about leading technical teams at work to achieve greater success in their careers and I’ve been doing that for the past decade. I’m also an avid hiker, and a proud husband and father of 1. Continuous learning is a big value of mine. I’ve read multiple books in my career, I’m passionate about self-development and Atomic Habits, is by far my favorite book and I’ve implemented a lot of the key learning from this book to not only my engineering teams, but to my family as well. Most of my life was a series of fortune events that I’m extremely grateful. I first came to the United States in 2012. I never thought I would ever be here. In fact, I initially came here to work in production support, but as the years went by, I stood out because of my management & teaching abilities and one of my mentors gave me a Program Manager role, that was 5 LEVELS above me at the time. I hesitated, when taking the offer, but what made me sign up was when she asked me: Are you up for a challenge Anshdeep? And I LOVE challenges, so I jumped at the chance of leading this team. I excelled, quickly made a name for myself, and developed a deep passion for helping people & mentoring teams. I was then hand picked by senior leadership to take on a product/infrastructure management role for Albertsons. These last few years have been an incredible journey, and I’ve developed a deep passion for product management. I love being a technology leader in this space and I pride myself in leading my incredible teams to achieve greater success for themselves and their professional careers. I enjoy mentoring & giving great feedback to our teams to make sure that they continue to thrive and get the results they’re looking for both personally & professionally.
