I specialise in conceptualizing and implementing corporate restructuring transactions, including mergers, demergers, business transfers, and restructuring of share capital and business and group restructuring. Additionally, I am well-versed in stamp duty implications on mergers and demergers and their adjudication before relevant government authorities, succession planning, trust planning, and provides opinions on diverse subjects and general corporate advisory matters. I mainly practice in National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal along with appearances before Regional Directors and Registrar of Companies. I graduated in law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in the year 2022. In addition, I hold Bachelors of Commerce (Hons.) degree from Panjab University. Despite my limited working experience in the field of corporate and commercial law matters, my proficiency includes a strong track record and a commitment to providing high-quality, client-focused service.
