About Anshul Chandra

With over 19 years of industry experience, I am a seasoned leader in Business Transformation and Corporate Strategy Execution. Currently, I lead the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) at IAA, a global leader in digital marketplace and solutions for the automotive industry.In my role, reporting to the Chief of Staff to CEO and working with Chief Transformation Officer, I provide strategic oversight and direction for transformational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, resource optimization, risk mitigation, and financial success. I liaise with the Executive SteerCo and Board of Directors, offering updates and insights on the progress and impact of transformation efforts.Previously, at Cognizant Technologies, a leading global system integrator, I spearheaded strategic enterprise-wide initiatives in the Office of CEO and Transformation Office. My efforts helped shape the organization's business and operating model, positioning it as a transformation partner to clients. Additionally, in my earlier roles, I worked as a Management Consultant and delivered Business and IT strategies for CxOs, across multiple engagements in different industries, and then led the Global Alliance between Cognizant and Dell/VMware Technologies, fostering joint solutions, go-to-market and sales strategies.I am committed to continuous learning and professional growth through the executive education that I have been pursuing at Harvard Business School, in addition to the MBA I have from Indian School of Business. Through my work I am deeply passionate about delivering value to customers, partners, and stakeholders, leveraging my expertise to drive change and lead large-scale transformational initiatives.
