Assesses the impact of change and build contingency plans. • Direct T&M and Managed Services projects. Hire and build team. • Maintains relationship with the client. • Oversees day-to-day operations related to account governance, business development, delivery oversight and financial management. • Experience managing large teams in a global delivery model. • Experience managing customer relations, satisfaction, and account growth.
