At 25, Anshul became a CEO and has spent the last two decades building businesses from zero to scale. He has led 4 greenfield businesses as an intrapreneur inside large corporates and founded One Space, his first entrepreneurial venture in 2019, which via Welspun One he scaled into a 20 million sq. ft. logistics and industrial platform from the ground up and 2 landmark World Trade Centers close the size of Dubai Mall.As Managing Director of Welspun One he is currently building close to 20 million SFT of office, logistics and infrastructure assets. Over his career, he has overseen the successful execution and delivery of 40+ million sq. ft. of development across India. As a first-time fund manager, across two Category II AIFs he and his team have raised ~USD 325 million from investors, building a ~20 million sq. ft. portfolio and closing in on USD 1.2 billion in AUM. INR Crores Along the way, they have delivered some of India’s most ambitious assets — offices, residential, data centres, factories, industrial parks and logistics hubs — from mega sortation centres and port-based warehouses to two upcoming World Trade Centers in Mumbai that will redefine urban distribution and mixed-use logistics.Before Welspun One, he was the founding CEO of and led Horizon Industrial Parks (formerly Embassy Industrial Parks), building a ~17 million sq. ft. pan-India portfolio that culminated in the sector’s largest exit via Blackstone’s acquisition and forms the basis of their India growth. His leadership journey began at JSW Steel, where he helped establish a structural steel JV with Severfield Rowen Plc and delivered 40+ EPC projects across India, backed by a dedicated steel assembly plant.Beyond the balance sheet, he serves as Chairman of ASSOCHAM’s National Council for Logistics & Warehousing, leads CII’s Warehousing National Network, is an active YPO member, and has been accepted into Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management (OPM) program in May 2025.Outside work, he is a 50m pistol shooter aiming to represent India and an AI enthusiast with 20+ custom bots. He has built two institutional-grade platforms—first as an intrapreneur, then as an entrepreneur—and leads with first-principles clarity, radical transparency and a whole-hearted yet tough taskmaster style.
