About Anshuman Ghosh

Anshuman is a User Experience Director with over 20 years of experience wearing multiple hats as UX Architect, Design Director, Entrepreneur, Design Lead, Mentor, Designer. He brings in T-shaped skills leveraging his depth of knowledge in user-centered design (UCD) and design thinking to business needs, innovation and people leadership, often through “Whys” and “Hows”. Anshuman's expertise includes simplifying experiences for complex enterprise applications, data intensive platforms and products, transactional interfaces, bringing in Lean UX to create opportunities for innovation and crafting meaningful experiences through story-telling, agile prototyping and creating one-voice through design systems. As a design leader, he is responsible for hiring, building and mentoring the design team. When he is not working, he indulges in candid photography, painting, gardening, travelling. As part of UXPA community, he participates as a coach, mentor for designers, and review jury member for conferences.
