Hi, I am Anshuman civil engineer turned Back Healing Expert. As a student I was very fascinated to learn about human body and how it works, I wanted to study more about it but long story short I had to pursue engineering. Despite to spending 4 years studying engineering it failed to attract my interest to pursue it as a career option for rest of my life. After competing my graduation I started training people on Breathwork (SKY) and Meditation workshops to help them to be happy and healthy. Later I got opportunity to learn more about human body via alternative medicine modalities like Craniosacral therapy, Yoga therapy, Marma therapy to name few and this excited me to learn more, dive deep in these fields and helped me to rediscover myself as BACK HEALING EXPERT. I have invested 2500+ hours in learning these skills. I have been able to help 10+ people to prevent Back Surgery (who were recommended surgery as option to fix back issues) and lead a normal life. I have touched, trained and interacted with individuals via various seminar, trainings, workshops, courses, 1-2-1's, boot camps, etc. till date and counting. With my learnings and experiences I have been able to create a system called Integrated Innate Intelligence, Yoga and Circadian Rhythm (IYC approach) which helps WORKING PROFESSIONALS between age group of 30-50 years to Heal their BACK issues in natural way.
