I am a passionate and results-driven Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL (PostgreSQL), Tableau, and Microsoft Excel, backed by a strong foundation in data structures, statistical analysis, and data visualization. My analytical thinking and curiosity have driven me to complete a range of data-centric projects, including customer segmentation, sales forecasting, grocery sales analysis, Netflix user behavior dashboards, and IPL performance tracking. Professionally, I’ve gained real-world experience at Dell Technologies as an Account Manager (Inside Sales), where I managed B2B accounts, conducted cold calls to generate leads, and provided personalized IT solutions tailored to client requirements. My work involved leveraging pricing strategies and ROI-focused insights to close deals and build long-term client relationships. Currently, I serve as a Trainee (MIS Reporting) at Cleanomatics Tech Solution, where I am responsible for designing and automating MIS reports, conducting revenue vs. expense analysis, and creating interactive Excel dashboards that support strategic decision-making. I also work extensively with Zoho Inventory and Bigin by Zoho CRM to optimize sales and inventory workflows, and handle WhatsApp automation through Gallabox, where I create chatbots and set up customer engagement workflows. My personal projects further demonstrate the practical application of my skills. These include building a Sales & Profit Dashboard in Tableau for real-time performance tracking, conducting a Blinkit grocery sales analysis using Excel, designing a Netflix subscription and revenue dashboard, analyzing a Supermart retail dataset using PostgreSQL, and developing an IPL performance dashboard combining Tableau and Excel.
