A seasoned HR Generalist. Started his career in Business Development and subsequently transitioned to HR. Prior to Marvell, he had stints with global and multinational organizations like Synopsys, General Electric and RPG Enterprises. He has impacted business positively by aligning strategy, leadership, processes and results both in global and local set-up. Anshuman’s experience spans the entire gamut of HR – Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Engagement & Development, Total Rewards, Organization Development, HR Operations including Mergers & Acquisitions, Employee Experience & Relations. As a Regional Leader, he has managed and led functional & business operations teams for mid and large organizations through significant change and growth. Erstwhile, he has led HR Teams in Armenia, and Russia. Anshuman has held various Leadership Roles at Synopsys, GE and RPG as well. Anshuman has won several accolades for his contribution in the areas of Business Leadership, Execution Excellence, Leadership Development, Performance Improvement and delivering Best Practices in HR Function. He has delivered presentations on development of Middle Management, leveraging Total Rewards for enhancing Business Competitiveness, Career Development, Transitioning Business to Center of Excellence in the region as well as at International Forums like IIMR, Dubai.
