I am a seasoned development professional with a Master of Public Policy from the Australian National University and an Executive Program in Strategic Non-Profit Management from Harvard Business School. With over a decade of experience in Education focused public policy, program design, and project management roles, I bring a strong blend of academic rigor and practical expertise. Throughout my career, I have successfully led and managed complex, impactful projects across Africa, Asia, and Australia, working with diverse clients including state and federal governments, non-profits, and prominent global organizations. My current role as Project Lead at Teach For Australia involved overseeing initiatives that enhance educational outcomes in Australia’s regional and remote communities. Here, I focus on program expansion, resource mobilization, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. My previous roles include Senior Manager at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), where I led civil service training reforms in India, and positions at Teach For India and the Latika Roy Foundation I am deeply committed to promoting gender equality, disability, and social inclusion (GEDSI) in all my work. My global experience, including managing projects in Nigeria and India, has equipped me with adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
