An experienced recruitment specialist and human resource administrator with expertise in talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, conflict resolution, customer service as well as sales and account management. I consider myself a passionate, highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans. A key interest of my professional career has been corporate relations and placing the right people in the right seat. Having both external agency and internal corporate recruitment experience, I now specialize mainly in the insurance and financial services industry. I completed a Human Resources degree at the University of Pretoria, focusing on Industrial Sociology and Labour Relations as well as International Relations.
