About Anslow Ranui

I am a dedicated professional with over eight years’ experience working within the civil construction industry. I have a high level of experience working with project teams to facilitate major project works. This includes the last four and half years working in a Stakeholder and Communications role on the Northern Corridor Improvements Alliance project, and prior to this, four years providing senior bid and communications support to Fulton Hogan’s Major Projects Win Work team. I have well-developed communication, organisational and technical skills, with an ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism. I have and continue to develop my knowledge in the area of stakeholder management, recently completing training in public participation techniques to gain the IAP2 Certificate of Engagement. My experience on the Northern Corridor Improvement project has included managing relationships with a number of shop owners directly impacted by the project works. This involved the implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure compliance with consent conditions. I am currently managing the building deconstruction works which are adjacent to a number of businesses. This involves being the project’s point of contact and delivering notifications and updates to the affected businesses. My documentation and production skills and strong Microsoft Office and InDesign technical skills enable me to produce targeted stakeholder communications documentation. This allows me to contribute to and support colleagues to better understand the capabilities of software to develop tailored and targeted communication channels and documentation.
