About Anson Frederick

I aim to connect health, sports/physical science and business to serve isolated and underserved communities. Throughout my entire life, I've always been immersed in a health care setting. My mother always worked in, or owned an Adult Family Home. My childhood experiences cultivated my passion for healthcare and helping members of demographics that are often marginalized. To learn more about communities that are underserved, I volunteered in communities including Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota and the Red Bird community in the Appalachian region of Kentucky. I finished up my undergraduate career with a degree in kinesiology/exercise science and was awarded the AKA (American Kinesiology Association) Undergraduate Scholar award. Now, I work as Program Manager for Aya Healthcare aiming the connect healthcare facilities in underserved communities with highly qualified and passionate healthcare staff.
