About Anssi Soininen

Water supply, reinforced concrete, production supervising/management and problem solving. Positive mood, humor, open communication and efficiency. Those are the terms how I would present my strengths as a worker. I have done many kind of supervisor work since 2012. At first I worked 2 years as Shift Supervisor at rock wool factory. After that I worked as a production engineer one year in precast wall factory before I changed to foreman position for other company taking care of hollow core slab production. I did my job well and company rewarded me after two years and promoted me to production manager for hollow core slab production. I worked a little less than year in that position and spread my wings and try totally different job as a water network engineer. I learned the job fast and still going strong! I have college degree in civil engineering. I studied at Saimaa University of Applied Sciences at 2009 - 2013 and 2016 - 2018. I have made two thesises: first one was about motivating methods at mineral wool factory and possible threats caused by organization changes according to personnel and second one was developing hollow core slab-production by Lean-methods in precast factory. Also I have been studying leadership and lean management in my work life. As a person I am positive, humorous, systematic and effective. I love tho share my knowledge for other people and I think I have good teaching skills. At leisure time I like to watch sports and maintenance my car and house. As a foreman/manager my main goal is that our job is effective, our communication is open and everyone is working at position which they can use their strengths. My way to lead is from front because I think foreman should be example how worker should behave and work. I want to secure that everybody feels good and secure at work.
