I specialize in driving reforms, large-scale events, and public–private partnerships that enhance citizen services, investment climate, and state branding. As OSD, Department of Tourism, I helped position Odisha on the global tourism map through international roadshows, diaspora connect festivals, and flagship events like Eco Retreat and the Rourkela City Festival during the Men’s Hockey World Cup 2023. I also enabled hospitality ventures that revived idle state assets into profitable tourism projects. Currently serving as OSD in the Office of the Chief Secretary, Odisha, I focus on inter-departmental coordination, citizen service delivery reforms under ORTPSA, and structured engagement with industries. My earlier roles in IT & E-Governance, urban administration, and land revenue management further strengthened my expertise in policy execution and service delivery.
