I completed my Master's in IT, where I developed a strong foundation in business process modeling, requirements analysis, and agile methodologies. My academic journey has equipped me with hands-on experience in tools like SQL, BPMN, Bizagi, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Database Management, alongside a keen understanding of UI design. Currently interning at Upstream and learning workflow optimization and solutions implementation using Monday.com. During this time, I have: Developed custom workflows and automation to enhance team productivity and streamline processes. Solved complex use cases and created solutions, improving operational efficiency. Completed the Customer Success Manager (CSM) certification, strengthening my ability to manage client relationships and optimize workflows. Transitioned to the Professional Services team, focusing on technical solutions and workflow automation. Collaborated with cross-functional teams, gaining insights into professional collaboration and problem-solving. I am also enhancing my skills in JavaScript and Tableau through online courses to expand my technical expertise. During my studies, I worked on key projects such as developing a web application for international students' cultural and religious events, where I coordinated tasks, managed timelines, and ensured effective communication among team members. Additionally, I contributed to a BPMN assignment for a fencing company's warehouse operations, where we analyzed and optimized their workflows to improve efficiency.
