From an early age, I was driven by an unquenchable curiosity. This wasn't mere tinkering; I was on a quest to decode the intricacies of how things work. Dismantling small appliances and gadgets at home, I sought to understand their design, diagnose malfunctions, and mend them—sometimes even those that seemed faultless. This pursuit was not always met with enthusiasm from my family, yet it laid the foundation for a lifelong passion: not just to understand but to innovate, evolve, and continuously seek improvement. This fervour has been a guiding force throughout my career, propelling me to challenge the status quo and strive for excellence. Over the past two decades, I have dedicated myself to aiding financial institutions, NGOs, and retailers in crafting digital products, enhancing customer experiences, and formulating strategic roadmaps. My approach involves deep collaboration with cross-functional teams, valuing diverse perspectives, and effectively leading efforts ranging from small groups to larger teams of up to 50 people. My communication skills allow me to bridge the technical with the strategic, enabling a comprehensive understanding across customers, businesses, and executives. A focus on delivering tangible value characterises my work. A notable achievement was revolutionising a bank's client onboarding journey, achieving a 235% improvement in just six months. This success stemmed from a blend of intuition and data-driven decision-making, leveraging the expertise of my team to meet and exceed our objectives.
