About Anthonie Martini

As Director of Procurement & Continuous Improvement at NMS, I bring over 17 years of experience supporting remote camp operations across Alaska’s oil and mining industries. I lead comprehensive procurement strategy and end-to-end product supply logistics—coordinating air, barge, and over-the-road transport to deliver essential goods and services to some of the most remote and demanding locations in the state. My responsibilities span strategic sourcing, RFP development and execution, vendor relationship management, and oversight of 15+ remote camp stores serving Alaska’s North Slope and mining regions. I also manage key operational systems, including FMS, CMMS, POS, and inspection platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all sites. In addition to systems and logistics oversight, I lead management and employee training programs focused on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. By empowering teams with the right tools and knowledge, I help strengthen performance and build a culture of accountability and innovation. I’m passionate about building resilient, high-performing supply chains that thrive in extreme environments. Through data-driven decision-making and process optimization, I help NMS achieve operational reliability, cost efficiency, and exceptional service delivery—supporting the success and well-being of crews working in the field, no matter how remote the location.
