About Anthonius Lnu

My main responsibility is to Enhance profitability management through alignment of financial management framework, macroeconomic, system integration and industry analysis as well as cost and profit bench marking analysis with Company's strategic and financial planning. As Head of Financial Research, I was responsible to provide analysis and forecast of macro economic condition, other external environment, motorcycle sales and benchmark cost & profitability from competitors, related industries and other industries to BOD with timely and reliable recommendation to support Company sustainable profitability. To support company's vision, mission and business process needs, I was responsible to manage business process improvement in order to meet with company objective in Financial Digitization. My task include, but not limited to managing distribution of project among team members, coaching them, maintaining user relationship, liaison with Manager and partner, budget engagement and give performance appraisal and feedback to sub ordinate members, reviewing existing business process and its improvement, identifying and ensure that the entire system and business process integrated with each other, based on the needs and company strategy.
