About Anthony Abram

With over seven years of experience in business analysis and project management, I am passionate about finding innovative solutions to improve airport security and efficiency. I have a strong background in IT system changes, business analysis planning and monitoring. As a Business Analyst at CATSA, I lead and support various IT initiatives that have a significant impact on the organization's operations and services. Currently, I am the Program Area Lead for the IT Directorate for the 2024 Airport Screening Services Agreements (ASSA) initiative, a multi-billion-dollar project that requires extensive IT system changes. I am responsible for managing resources, gathering requirements, creating process models, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the initiative. I also led the IT Directorate requirements gathering for the 2023 Training Critical Path initiative and the 2023 Verified Traveler Trial initiative, both of which resulted in positive outcomes and recognition for my work. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team at CATSA, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
