As a Franchise Business Consultant at 85C Bakery Cafe, I support the development and performance of all franchise locations. With my skills in business analytics, project management, and training, I help the franchise owners and managers achieve their sales, operational, and financial goals, while ensuring compliance with the brand standards and policies. I also provide support through coaching and feedback to the franchise teams, and facilitate communication and collaboration between the corporate and franchise operations. I have over 8 years of work experience in the food service industry, including 1 year as a Customer Service Representative and 6 years as a Store Trainer at In-N-Out Burger, where I learned how to deliver excellent customer service, maintain high quality standards, and lead and motivate a diverse team. I am passionate about music and have a Bachelor of Music degree from California State University, Fullerton.
