Anthony Asaad lives and works by a simple creed: “The only way to be better is to be different.” It’s a refreshing take in an industry glutted with commission-focused agents saying whatever they can to make a quick buck with little regard to what they leave in their wake. Anthony’s path to a career in real estate was one he cut himself, beginning at the age of 11 when he began assisting his mother, a Cleveland realtor, by composing emails and fine tuning offers. The words and strategies came so naturally to him that realty never actually felt like work. Perhaps that’s why he never even considered it as a career path at first, opting instead to follow his interests into the medical field. Despite high marks at CSU where he attended with a focus on pre-med, Anthony couldn’t help but notice the cut-throat and often unethical actions his mother encountered in the real estate industry. Most people would vow to avoid those kinds of challenges at all costs. But always eager to embrace the different, Anthony recognized the resistance of the real estate world and dove in headfirst. Before he’d even had the chance to resurface for air, he’d made a name for himself in the Cleveland real estate game. But it still seemed to come too easily. He longed for a real challenge. So, at the cusp of the 2020 pandemic, Anthony packed his bags and headed for sunny Southern California. Today, Anthony’s bringing his unwaveringly sincere approach to neighborhoods across the greater Los Angeles area, having worked against the odds to sell homes in Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Tarzana, Sherman Oaks, Burbank, Encino, Pasadena, Culver City, and Mar Vista just to name a few. He finds a rare strength in being told he can’t accomplish something; a tenacious determination that virtually guarantees his success. But despite the thrill of confounding expectations, Anthony never loses sight of why he’s in real estate in the first place: to use his strength, expertise, and quick-thinking to help clients who need his razor-sharp guidance and blunt honesty. Anthony loves variety in all aspects of life; a major reason why he’s drawn to real estate. No transaction is ever the same. There’s always a special issue, something new to learn, and fresh relationships to build. When not immersing himself in the real estate jungle, Anthony enjoys expressing himself through painting or releasing energy through skateboarding. He’s even hosted real estate booths at pro skating events, perfectly illustrating the way he likes to do business: with uncompromised sincerity, individuality, and authenticity.
