I am a process professional with 30+ years of experience across multiple industries. Including: LNG, Power Generation, and other Production Processes. Total Oil & Gas and Petrochemical (30 years) LNG Managerial/ Leadership (10+ years) Safety, efficiency, effectiveness, and proper communication have always been key to managing my team and the facility. Education • MBA (Master’s in Business Administration): HERIOT WATT University • Diploma in Process Technology : CITY & GUILDS of London Institute • Diploma in Engineering : CITY & GUILDS of London Institute • OPITO Approved Competence Assessor : Falck Safety Services Competencies: • Extensive experience in Leading, Managing and Motivating teams to ensure Safe, Efficient LNG operations and Cryogenic operations within a multi-cultural environment. • (LNG) Liquefaction Process Operations: APCI (Air Products); COP (Conoco Phillips) and CHART. • Process Safety Management, risk management skills and HSSE. • Power Generation and load synchronization with both steam and gas driven turbines.(GE, Siemens, Solar). • Gas turbine drivers: GE frame 3,5,6 and 7; Siemens SGT-800; Solar Mars 100. • LNG Storage and Loading: Tanks; BOG’s; Flare’s and Terminal Loading operations. • Excellent knowledge and experience with LNG/LPG process operations best practices. • Experienced in On the Job Training, Coaching and Mentoring of operations personnel. • Experienced in supporting / developing and implementing competency assessment programs. • In depth experience in DCS/OTS system/screen requirements for process operations. • Experienced with operations troubleshooting and solution finding techniques including: o RCA (Root cause analysis); HAZOP (Hazardous operations); HAZID (Hazard Identification). o SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations): SIL (Safety Interlock); LOPA (Layers of Protection Analysis). • Permit to Work System Knowledge as relates to cryogenic operations (LNG and Process plants). • Experienced in LNG project development interacting/working with EPCC contracting companies to ensure design, construction, commissioning, and start-up of LNG processing plants. • Knowledge of Industrial Incident and Emergency Response management.(LNG and Process plants). • Computer literacy: o MS Office suite; ADP; IntelliTrack; PI (OSIsoft). o Maintenance software familiarity with MAXIMO, SAP, and E-Maint. and Fixx.
