In a CLIA facility, we test for Covid-19 in partnership with the California Department of Public Health via qPCR. We prepare patient samples in biological safety cabinets, prepare reagents, and operate the Perkin-Elmer Janus G3 Automated Workstation. Once the plates have been generated we transfer the data to online servers, and operate the Chemagic 360 Instrument to extract the patient's RNA in preparation for qPCR sequencing. Assays include: Size exclusion, Ion exchange, Reverse phase HPLC/UPLC (Agilent 1100 and Waters Acquity H-Class), Particle analysis (FlowCAM), Osmolality (FP depression), Viscosity (m-VROC), Spectroscopy (nanodrop and Solo-VPE), pH, Moisture Content (Karl-Fischer). Dialysis techniques include snakeskin and TFF methods. Have 10+ years of mechanical, technical, and leadership experience from the automotive industry. Also, obtained fabrication and metalworking skills from years of custom automotive builds. Three plus years of experience with photoshop, lightroom, and premiere pro from showcasing automotive restoration projects to a worldwide audience.
