Career Summary: My career in finance began in 2001 once enrolled at Youngstown State University as a finance undergrad. My first opportunity in the finance industry was an advisor at World Financial Group where I educated and sold customers financial products to improve their lives. My passion for advising grew after completing several seminars based on personal finances with local schools and individuals. I was able to take a greater leap in my career by securing a position as a staff accountant at E.B. Accounting and Tax Service. The experience I obtained from this company prepared me in analyzing financial statements, business planning, and managing corporate accounts. It also helped me to understand business and the importance of a solid business infrastructure. With this knowledge I expanded my scope by assisting small businesses create strategic plans for their organization and helped them become profitable. I frequently receive referrals by word of mouth because of my excellent work. My banking experience helped me to sharpen my accuracy, leadership, sales and building business relationship skills. I received multiple branch recognitions for my performance and leadership. This experience has allowed me to understand banking regulations and its compliance with the Federal Government. Long term Goals: I plan to attend graduate school for my Masters of Business Administration degree within two to five years after starting my career with your company. My desire is to develop my strategic planning and executive management skills to enhance my productive and analytical aptitude. My long term plan with your company is to secure a position in your Finance/Investment department. My desire is to build a long-term and secure relationship with your company where I can develop professionally, and grow my career in the finance industry.
