As a Deputy Director at YONKERS COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM INC, I oversee daily operations, strategic planning, quality control, and resource management for the nonprofit organization that serves low-income families and individuals in the community. I have more than six years of experience in leading and investing in social impact initiatives, with a focus on sustainability, equity, and innovation. I am also a PhD Candidate in Business Administration at the James T. George School of Business at Hampton University, where I conduct research on business management, marketing, and related support services. I am passionate about applying my academic knowledge and practical skills to create positive social change and generate value for both society and business. In addition, I am a Principal at Lumarjo Holdings, a private equity firm that invests in real estate and companies with a social mission, and a Managing Partner at DMG Partners & Associates, a consulting firm that helps clients achieve their strategic goals and optimize their performance.
