Including but not limited to- Public Health (Acute care, critical care, community care, palative care, medical imaging, pharmacy, finance and everything in between)- Veterinary & Animal Hospital - Timber mill - Home Hardware (Mitre10, Plumbing)- Factory/Manufacturing - Accounting - Security - Fast food - Supermarket - Freight/Logistic Transport - Emergency Services - Road/Transit Services - Steel Fabrication - Building/Architect/Conveyancing/Drafting - Cinema Throughout this diverse range of industries I've had the personal responsibility to support-Server : Windows NT, 2003/R2, 2008/R2, 2012/R2 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux -Desktop: Windows 3.11, 95, NT, 98/SE, XP, VISTA, 7, 8/8.1 -Email: Exchange 5.5, 2007, 2010, Office365, Zimbra, Scalix, Sendmail and postfix -Communication: OCS 2007R2, Lync 2010, 2013, Skype for Business and Lync Online -Other Technologies: ADFS, Group Policy, DNS (Windows, Linux, Hosted), IIS/Apache, Active Directory, Certificates (Self Signed and 3rd party), Variety of Point of Sale, Chemist/Pharmacy, Clinical applications and suites. I operate with a can do attitude, provide regular updates to stakeholders involved and where applicable, provide an fyi or heads up for related teams or people so they can prepare to do their part or provide information to others. I enjoy teaching and mentoring as well as learning new things. I also find value documenting and sharing strange scenarios I've come across and how to resolve them with my team. Just because they might not happen often, doesn't mean they wont happen again. My greatest strengths are that I am honest, loyal and dependable. I will always make time for people.
