Supporting clients Workplace needs. My accomplishments in architectural design provide me with practical construction and M&E services knowledge, enabling me to think differently and resolve a number of age old challenges within workplaces. By understanding the requirements of a design team and those of a business to arrive informed decision making, I am able to create realevant Workplace Strategies with tangible outputs that can expedite the define and design stage and add certainty to clients and influence the experience of the end user. I have led a multidisciplinary team of workplace professionals including designers, move managers, occupancy management leads, workplace strategy and change experts. As business lead, my remit including securing new busiess commissions across multiple sectors, successful business growth from £0.4m to £1.5m PA turnover and ensuring client relationships and operations are maintained. I like to think that I'm an innovator that aims to deliver simplistic, practical solutions, that enhance experience, wellbeing and positively impact business performance. I have a hands on approach and have successfully defined and delivered workplace programmes across EMEA with some global experience. My wider skills include; Residential planning applications, technical building design detailing and design team management. Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Scottish Technical Standards and NHBC Sandards. Senior stakeholder management. Operations management.
