I started my career at 17 with AMS (now MGT Impact Solutions), gaining hands-on experience in core IT infrastructure during a period of rapid technological change. That foundation shaped how I approach leadership today—build it right, build it scalable, and build it to last.In 2012, I transitioned into physical security and began developing what would become a national practice focus. Over the past decade, I’ve led large-scale modernization initiatives across education and public sector organizations, specializing in Avigilon and Verkada platforms and holding Verkada VCE certifications across all product lines.Today, as Solutions Group Manager – Safety & Security at MGT, I am responsible for building and scaling our national Safety & Security practice. My role centers on three priorities:• Driving year-over-year growth and expanding regional performance• Establishing standardized offerings, pricing models, and delivery frameworks• Strengthening OEM partnerships and aligning go-to-market strategyI lead cross-regional coordination, performance tracking, RFX strategy, and portfolio development—ensuring our teams execute consistently while our offerings evolve with market demand.My focus is not just project success, but practice maturity: creating the systems, standards, and partnerships that position MGT as a national leader in safety and security solutions.
