With over 20 years of experience, I have served as CFO, Group CFO and CFO\Controller for publicly held and (PE) private-equity backed multi-site multi-state healthcare companies since 2007. The company revenues ranged up to $300M and spanned multiple sectors (ambulatory surgery centers, ambulance companies, in-vitro fertilization (IVF) centers, provider-based service organizations, ACOs, and Physician services. I have built companies from early stage operations thru a successful IPO, successfully managed turn-arounds, all while driving value through denovo’s, acquisitions, financial operations, and revenue cycle management. I have also assisted companies,(healthcare and other industries) with interim management/consulting, performance improvement, M&A due diligence, valuation, and integration, modeling/forecasting, strategy, supply procurement, business intelligence reporting, capital structuring, and debt/equity raises. My background is typically with multi-site, multi-state, small to low-end middle market size healthcare organizations. Most recently I started and completed an IPO on the NASDAQ.
