About Anthony Brenner

Through humbling life experiences and my own personal journey I was given the opportunity to impact the lives of our youth at a much deeper, meaningful level than I previously thought was possible. I am equipped and able to use the beautiful sport of soccer as the vehicle to deliver lessons that enhance our youth's overall WellBeing. My personal intention for this work is to create an environment that builds trust to ultimately guide our youth towards early age self reflection & discovery. The vision is to develop or enhance the depth of awareness of self and others, the way in which we see and talk to ourselves, the gratitude we have and show for our lives and the earth, the empathy we demonstrate, the compassion we feel for others & ourselves and finally how to relate differently with our bodies and health through understanding of nutrition and how it impacts our short and long term lives.not to mention performance.
